• Yellow (Medium Quality): A small increase in user blocks or spam reports has occurred. Review recent broadcast copy and audience targeting.
• Red (Low Quality): Multiple recipients have reported or blocked your number. Meta may restrict daily messaging limits until engagement improves.

Nova includes built-in safeguards to ensure your phone number remains in the Green tier:

1. Automatic Unsubscribe Handling: Any customer who replies with words like “STOP”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “REMOVE” is immediately opted out of future promotional campaigns.
